In what year did you begin working in the real estate industry as a REALTOR®?
I have been licensed since the mid 80s but have been a full time Realtor since 1999.
Why do you like working in the real estate industry?
Helping my sellers and buyers fulfill their goals, objectives and dreams gives me huge satisfaction. I love educating the first time buyer and teaching them about the home buying process. I love seeing their faces when they become homeowners for the first time and enjoy capturing their smiles in a photo to share with them. I love helping the sellers who decide to move up or to downsize and helping to devise a plan to have the purchase and sale come together seamlessly. I know the emotion involved in leaving a home someone has lived in for decades and feel like I\'m living their feelings as they say goodbye to a home they loved for so many years. But i also love helping them find the perfect new place they will call home. And then during the sad times like a divorce or the passing away of a loved one, i love being a person the family knows they can rely on to serve their needs in any way I possibly can.
Why do you choose to affiliate your business with Semonin?
I decided to affiliate with Semonin because i felt like they provided me with the best support system and marketing tools for me to use for my clients.
What sets you apart from other REALTORS®? What are your greatest strengths as a real estate agent?
My greatest strength is my true sense of care & concern for my clients best interest along with my ability to listen intently to understand exactly their goals and objectives. I am extremely blessed to be knowledgeable and successful in timing multiple transaction to come together seamlessly so that my buyers and sellers can move from one house directly into their next one without the need to go to a interim housing situation. I\'ve ony had one time where a seller who i represented on the purchase and sale had to move twice.

And then to discreetly advise them when i know that their expectations might not be true to reality.

My family means the world to me and is one of the main reasons i work and do what i do. I love more than anything spending time with them going on a picnic, a walk in the park or a wonderful beach trip or exploring other cities and sites together. Being with my family is my number one most favorite thing to do! My husband Bill and i have been married since 1986 and have two of the most wonderful gifts from God in our two grown daughters who in the last few years i helped buy their own first homes.

My favorite thing to do in my free time is be outside enjoying nature. I love to walk and try to get in 3-5 miles each day. I love taking pictures of the scenery along the way. My hyper Border Collie Shepherd mix is my main walking partner but i love also sharing a long walk with my daughters too where I get to catch up on what is happening in their day to day lives.
Finish this sentence: Most people don't know this about me, but I ...
People may not know this about me but my most favorite thing i ever did in my life was to be a Mommy to my daughters. I loved being with them everyday when they were growing up and taking walks, having picnics in the backyard, planning fun birthday parties and more. I loved going on vacations with their Daddy and taking them to the beach and building sand castles. And still today being with my family brings me such joy even thought they are grown. I love these days too but really miss and loved the days when they were little and things were so simple and carefree and they were not as busy as they are today. The good Lord blessed my family so much!
What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received? Why is it so helpful to you?
The best piece of advice I'd say was something my father taught me and all my siblings as we were growing up and that was to RTP (Read the Problem). My dad taught us to never rush through things and to always look them over and Read it well so you can know what the right answer would be. I also taught my girls the same saying RTP but i added a C for them which stood for Carefully. So...Read the Problem Carefully! RTPC

If you could have dinner with anyone, living or deceased, who would it be? Why?
If i could have dinner with anyone living or deceased it would be my father. He passed away in 2010 and he was my best friend. I miss him so much. He was my advisor and confidant. He called me every single day until he was sick and dying from the time left home in the 1980s just to see how i was doing. He would always make me laugh with his silliness and he would always have the right advice and know what to say to make things better. He would simply want to know i was okay and tell me he loved me. I miss him so much and answering this question actually stirred up emotions and brought a few tears to my eyes. How i would love to sit down to dinner with my Daddy!

One thing I'd like to share with people is that I am an extremely hard worker. I will do just about anything and everything I can to accomplish my goal. And my goal is to help my clients reach their goal. I will get creative with ideas and do whatever needs to be done to execute those ideas, I will get dirty if I need to and and help people paint, stage, clean or pay someone to do it. I will share my resources to help you meet your goal and provide you with all my vendors names and numbers to help you get anything done you need to do. I will go the extra mile for my clients and friends and will be loyal to anyone who trusts me and allows me to do what. I will NOT stop until the job is completed and then even afterward I\'ll be checking in from time to time to see how you are doing.
